Print receipts for an expense report, several per page

Lay out receipt photos, PDF invoices and Venmo, Zelle or PayPal screenshots on Letter paper at actual size for your expense report. Nothing is uploaded.

Drop your receipts into the editor above, or click Add images or files and pick them all at once: photos from your phone, PDF receipts from your inbox, screenshots of payments. They’re placed at actual size on Letter sheets, 8.5 × 11 in (216 × 279 mm), as many to a page as will fit, so a week of travel receipts turns into a page or two you can print, scan or attach to your expense report. Click Export / print when it looks right.

What you can put in

JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC (iPhone photos) and PDF can all go in together.

Two full-page PDFs per sheet

A PDF receipt that fills a whole page stays full size, so by default it gets a sheet of its own. To halve the paper, open Page settings (⚙ on a computer, Settings on a phone) and set PDF pages per sheet to 2 per sheet. Full-page PDFs are then paired in order, even when they come from separate files, shrunk to share one sheet and kept vector in the PDF. Like the “2 pages per sheet” option on a printer, two portrait pages are turned 90° and stacked when that makes them bigger, so you read the printout sideways. Small receipts and photos already share pages without this setting.

If you only need the total from a long PDF, use Crop on a computer to keep just that part. A cropped page is exported as a 300 DPI image instead of vector, which still prints clearly.

Labels and order

Receipts follow the order you add them. To note what one was for, such as “Client dinner, March 4” or “Taxi to airport”, select it and choose Add caption. On a computer, drag items to rearrange them; on a phone, long-press one and drag it onto another to swap them.

Before you print

Choose Actual size or 100% in the print dialog, not “Fit to page”. Before exporting, the tool flags anything within about 1/8 in (3 mm) of the edge, where many home printers can’t reach. Whether printed or scanned copies satisfy your company’s expense policy, or the IRS or CRA for your own records, isn’t something this tool can promise, so check with your finance team or tax preparer and keep the originals.

Your receipts are processed in your browser and are never uploaded.
