- How to print receipts on one page for an expense report — Expense report due? Put receipt photos, PDF invoices and payment screenshots on Letter sheets at actual size, with two full-page PDFs per sheet if you like.
- How to print multiple PDF pages on one sheet — Set PDF pages per sheet to 2 or 4 and full-page PDFs are shrunk to share one Letter sheet, even across separate files. Text stays sharp in the exported PDF.
- How to print the same image multiple times on one page — Add a picture, select it, choose Copies and pick how many. The copies fill your Letter sheet automatically, ready for labels, stickers, name tags or handouts.
- Letter size in pixels at 72, 96, 150 and 300 DPI — US Letter is 8.5×11 inches, which is 2550×3300 pixels at 300 DPI, 1275×1650 at 150 DPI and 612×792 at 72 DPI. Full table, the formula and tips.
- Letter vs A4 – what's the difference in size? — A4 is 210×297 mm and used in most of the world; US Letter is 8.5×11 in (215.9×279.4 mm), used mainly in the US, Canada and Mexico.
- How to print text messages and chat history — The easiest way to print a conversation is from screenshots. Add them to the tool and long ones are split into readable columns on Letter paper.
- What DPI do you need for printing? — DPI is dots per inch. For text and photos, 300 DPI prints sharp and 150 DPI looks a little soft. Exports from the layout tool are already 300 DPI.
- How to print a long screenshot so you can read it — Shrinking a long screenshot onto one page makes the text unreadable. Split it into columns instead; the tool cuts between lines and adds pages as needed.
- Why does my printout come out the wrong size? — Prints that come out slightly small or cut off are usually caused by "Fit to page" scaling or the wrong paper size. Set Actual size / 100% and test.
